Residency Program Campaign
Kaiser Permanente needed to generate broad awareness across the country with medical schools and associations about a new residency program, in order to attract high quality applicants as candidates.
Hyperspective conducted discovery and market research to provide a strategy to reach target audiences through multiple communication channels, using a website as the central communications hub with a social media strategy, program branding, content and media promoting the key benefits or the program and the organization.
The project launched with a website, mailers, news media announcements and social media in mid-September, 2014. Social media is utilized to connect with target audiences, while traffic is driven to a website that promotes key advantages of the program. Targeted goals were exceeded with hundreds of applications from quality candidates.
